Shipping policy

Shipping is at full cost at customers expense. Additional shipping charges may apply, which will be advised post purchase if necessary via an invoice to the provided email, which customers must pay prior to shipping goods. All orders are packed, measured and weighed, to ensure accurate shipping is applied post purchase. If customer has not paid this within 3 days, they will forfeit their order and order cancelled. Due to the volume of orders, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your goods. By purchasing, you agree to these terms at checkout, therefore refunds or exchanges will not be provided.

Why can't shipping fees be calculated accurately at checkout? Shipping fees are auto-calculated by approximate weight and delivery location. The shipping fee calculated at checkout can be incorrect due to the size of box the product is required to fit into x location x weight (as provided by our courier company). If the shipping fee is incorrectly charged at the time of checkout or the item is being sent to a rural area, we will contact you by sending an invoice with the additional shipping fee payment.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES and Pre-orders

(Returns*) We do not offer change of mind returns for a refund or exchange. Please be sure to choose carefully. 

(Pre-Order Products*) We do not allow exchanges or returns for Products that haven’t been released or is not currently in stock. Please choose carefully as all orders for Pre-order Products are final and will be shipped to you when items are in stock. If you wish to receive in-stock items prior to Pre-order Products, please note that you will need to place two separate orders with separate delivery charges.

(Faulty products*) If you believe your Product is faulty on receipt, please contact us via email with a full description of the fault (including images) within 48 hours of receiving the Product to be eligible for an assessment of the products.

(Redeliveries*) A re-delivery fee will be charged for any orders that are deemed undeliverable due to insufficient or incorrect address details and which have been returned to us. We encourage you to provide accurate shipping address details at checkout as such details cannot be altered once your order has been dispatched and you will be liable for any additional fees incurred by us and/or our third party courier to resend your order. 

(Delivery Restrictions*) For the avoidance of doubt, Two Turtle Doves Australia and our third party couriers do not offer delivery to PO boxes.

(International orders*) Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia.

(Liability) Claims for loss of or damage to Products in transit must be made against the carrier.
